My name is Tracy Babcock and I am a native of Grand Island, Nebraska. I graduated from Grand Island Senior High and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

I obtained my real estate license in 1998 and have been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. Since 2008, I have consistently earned top honors for sales performance and exceptional quality service. Since 2010, I have ranked among the top four agents in Grand Island. I hold two designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtor’s Institute) and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

Giving back to my community is very important to me. Over the years I have served on the boards of the GI Chamber of Commerce, St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, The Grand Island Board of REALTORS, the Goodwill Industries, Women’s Health Services, and the GI Noon Rotary Club. I have also served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation, the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee, and the YWCA Nominating Committee. I currently serve on the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation.

I have been one of the fortunate ones in the real estate profession who has survived 45 years of the greatest business in the world. I still enjoy all my clients and I have clients who are now the third generation in their family to believe in me. I still believe in the philosophy of hard work, integrity, giving back to your community, and I try to live by the Golden Rule. I also believe that a professional in any business should always answer their phone and follow through on details for his or her client. I strongly believe in the private property rights of my clients, and I believe that real estate is the best possible investment one can make.

When I began in the real estate profession (in 1977), my broker reminded me that we all spend most of what we make each year. But our greatest asset is generally in our home or other real estate that we own. I have followed that philosophy for 45 years, and I would love to help you follow that same belief system. I still love to do creative transactions and 1031 exchanges as well as contract sales between buyers and sellers.
